1908. Very Good. Six Documents signed by C. Wesley Armstrong (1872-1947) of Trenton, N.J. The documents consist of: an invoice for plate glass and other construction-related goods purchased from I. S. Sutton, carpenter and builder, Trenton (1908) -- a receipt for a mortgage payment to Mary P. Wilson (1908) -- a bill to William S. Mills for a bond and mortgage (1915) -- 2 invoices from J. C. Pearson Co., N.Y., for the purchase of nails (1916) -- a check on Broad Street National Bank to Mechanics National Bank (1917). C. Wesley Armstrong (1872-1947) married Emma J. Sutton (1870-1937); they were the parents of C. Wesley Armstrong, Jr., (1899-1966), who was mayor of Ewing, N.J., and served in the N.J. senate 1942-49; Alexander Sutton Armstrong (1901-1963); and Helen Leona Armstrong (1903-1974). In Very Good Condition: light creasing; minor soiling.
