As the excavations progressed, these books were released to provide a view of the artifacts found and information about the site compiled. This set comprises books 1-14 and 16 and 17 (lacking book 15.) The titles are: 1, Pots and Pans of Classical Athens; 2, The Stoa of Attalos II in Athens; 3, Miniature Sculpture; 4, The Athenian Citizen; 5, Ancient Portraits; 6, Amphoras and the Athenian Wine Trade; 7, The Middle Ages in the Athenian Agora; 8, Garden Lore of Ancient Athens; 9, Lamps; 10, Inscriptions; 11, Waterworks; 12, The Athenian Agora; 13, Early Burials from the Agora Cemeteries; 14, Graffiti; 16, The Athenian Agora: A Short Guide; and 17, Socrates in the Agora. Each is staple-bound with card covers; around 32 pages; profusely illustrated with b&w photographs, illustrations, and site maps; 5.5 x 8.5 inches. Some are first printings, others later printings.
