Green cloth with gilt titling on spine and front, black and white frontispiece is a blue cameo of the Northwest Arm from Coburg Road, a black and white fold-out panoramic folder of the Arm at back of book as well as many black and white photographs, maps and other illustrations, publisher's as well as other advertising on last ten pages, 191 pages. Corners and spine ends are bumped and worn, cover has edge wearand shelf wear, cloth partially lifted from front board due to some water damage, light evidence of same water damage on approximately fifty pages at front of book near spine, text block edges darkened, foxing and owner's name in pencil on endpapers, front hinge cracked at end papers, four one-inch by one-inch brown spots on pp 110-111, the majority of pages 62-63 are browned.
