First emigre edition; 7 3/4 x 5 1/2; pp. [3], 6-28; brown wraps printed and illustrated in black; small nicks to corners and tips of spine; bookshop label to front wrap verso; a few spots - mostly to first and last few leaves; several passages underlined; overall in very good condition.Razumnik Vasil'evich Ivanov [Ivanov-Razumnik] (1878-1946) was a Russian author, philosopher, and literary critic. He was a member of the so called Scythian Movement. The publisher, Skify, founded by philosopher and author Evgenii Lundberg (1883-1965) in 1920, would play a pivotal role in preserving and promoting Russian emigre works in the early 20th century.
