Boston: George B. Hugo, 1909. Pamphlet. 60p., wraps, front wrap damp stained in right margin with smaller damp stains in the first four pages else good condition, 5x7.25 inches. Hugo notes in the introduction to HIS edition that the Socialist Party published this debate and complains that the text was inaccurate, it violated his copyright, and the worst of all possible evils, it was printed by union labor and had a union bug.
