Originally published in 1992, the author's account of his Warime experiences as a junior officer in the Wehrmacht during WW2. He served in France, Italy and on the Eastern Front, being caprured by the Soviets at Berlin at the end of the War. He spent the next five years as a PoW. 384pp, 8pp b&w illustrations..
