DJ is toned and scuffed shows minor wear and bumps along edges as well as foxing spots and soiling. Great clapboards underneath show only toning along edges and spine with a few age spots present, corners lightly bumped. Internal binding is good in text pages are tight. No signatures or bookplates, no library markings, though "Service de Presse" is stamped at the bottom of the title page. The only evidence of handwriting is on the front end page where there is very faint residue from where a price was once penciled in the corner. The remaining pages are toned due to age but are clean and the only other flaw noted involves the pages starting at 145 and all the way to the last end page where there is a small heart-shaped cut out in the lower outside corner area - this issue is well outside of any text blocks.
