In very good condition. Corners slightly bumped, some minor rubbing to cloth on edges /ends of spine and corners. Some darkening/tanning to endpapers & halftitle. Neat inscription to front “A.C. Bottoms.” Loose in front is a slip “The Commanding Officer asks your acceptance of a copy of the history of the regiment... F.S.W. Cornwallis, Eastbourne 1909.” Some mild foxing to inside pages. Plates and maps remain clean and bright. p99 darkened after plate. Binding tight and sound. Else a very good clean and tight copy. 150pp. 21 Illustrations including colour frontis & 6 colour plates by Harry Payne, B&W photographs, 2 fold-out Maps. One EXTRA folding-plate at p4 “Inspection Return of the Gentlemen & Yeomanry Cavalry of West Kent...”
