Green cloth boards. 227pp illustrated 8vo. 0.9kg. Phillips was President of the Chamber of Mines from 1892 to 1896. After the Jameson Raid he was sentenced to death but the sentence was commuted. He was at the centre of the mining industry in SA and a member of the Union House of Assembly. His original "Some Reminiscences" was published in 1924. This edited version corrects errors, supplies chapter & biographical notes but omits the original long historical introduction.

Overseas Deliveries: Standard Rate will use courier out of South Africa and then will utilise local postal service for 'last mile' deliveries. Expedited Rate will utilise full courier service.
Canadian customers please query us for delivery rate. Currently Canada is in International Postal Zone F, along with Australia, and the price quoted can probably be reduced to Canada
