An anthology of South African poetry, two short prose pieces, and brief biographies of the authors.
The previous owner laid in a three page article from the May 1972 issue of Playboy magazine, "In a World They Never Made." That piece includes six additional poems with an introduction by Nadine Gordimer, winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1991. This will be included.
Thunder's Mouth Press, 1982. Paperback, Very Good/No Dust Jacket. Wrappers clean, with minimal wear at corners and edges. The top corner of the front cover has a small faint crease; the text block is slightly bent behind that. Binding is tight, pages are clean and unmarked.
