Spine panel missing and therefore boards nearly detached and pages loose; 186 pages with first 10 and last 20 more soiled and foxed than the rest, also with tape in the margins. The photo shows what an "average" page looks like with moderate foxing throughout. POS on title page. A few random pencil marks and tape in margins clearly show this has been used by a working musician at one point. Edition Peters 6177. Experts have estimated publication date to be circa 1900. The frontispiece Lithograph "F. Baumgarten, del. [ - ] Lith. Anst. v. C. G. Röder, Leipzig" has been reproduced in various Peters publications since 1891. 0
