Sobre este artículo
Washington DC Howard University Press, 1986. Paperback Reprint Edition [1988]. Very Good+ in Wraps: shows indications of very careful use: light wear to extremities; mild rubbing to wrapper covers; binding square and secure; text clean. Remains structurally sound and tightly bound, showing only very light wear and a few minor flaws: clean, sturdy, and quite presentable. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. 8vo. 185pp. Appendix. Introduction by Darwin T. Turner. (Howard University Press Library of Contemporary Literature). Reprint Edition [1988]. She subsequently published the novels The Chosen Place, the Timeless People (1969), which the New York Times Book Review one of the four or five most impressive novels ever written by a black American, and Praisesong for the Widow (1983), the latter winning the Before Columbus Foundation American Book Award in 1984.
