Map frontispiece, showing map of the world, showing South Australia. The text is illustrated with black-and-white photography, black and white line drawings, maps and graphs. Brown coloured boards with black coloured titles to the backstrip and front panel. A study of the structural, regional and human geography of South Australia from the middle of the 20th century. Softening to the backstrip edges and bumping and fraying to the book corners. There is a small, 0.25", dared to the lower backstrip edge. The spine is reverse cocked. Marks and fading to the cloth covers. Browning to the textblock edges. Foxing to the endpapers and occasionally throughout the book along with browning of the pages.
