Publisher's original red cloth with paper spine label, octavo, pp. 172 + [1]. Black and white illustrations. Tasteful school bookplate on front pastedown commemorating Centennial. Bookplate is inscribed by Past President Charles E. Diehl (book is dedicated to Dr. Diehl and his wife) to either Mr. or Mrs. Horace B. Davis (Dr. Diehl's inscription is in a feeble hand, and our eyesight is not what it once was, but see image for our best attempt at a close-up). Horace Davis taught at Southwestern 1929-1930. Marian Davis (nee Rubins) co-authored Liberalism is Not Enough with her husband circa 1970. Book is in GOOD condition with just light shelf and handling wear. Spine paper label is rubbed and a bit discolored. There is no dust jacket.
