New York: Comstock & Gest Inc., 1912. First Edition . Large Paper. uncommon 28pg. large souvenir program from the once famous and world's largest theatres The New York Hippondrome that graced the city from 1905 until 1939. The program is illustrated with now historical photos of the theatre and many photos of some of the stage productions. Also includes music and background history. The front cover is features a beautiful Art Nouve like 3 color illustration of an Asian performer. Light chipping happily only to the white right margin of the cover along with an old tape mend. The cover is slightly detached from the rest of the program at the very top and bottom, but considering the age, the condition is indeed vg. A lovely souvenir from a long lost period in New York City entertainment.
