Good+ a clean copy but with some wrinkling from additional folding; age toning to text areas; tiny tear to edge of one panel.. Large, single cream sheet of rag paper, folded into 16 panels, 6 x 9 inches finished size. Black lettering, no illustrations. Original printing of Pierce's message. About internal improvements (building bridges, caring for lighthouses, railroads, etc.) but really about so much more, including exactly what the powers of government are and going back to what thelanguage of Constitution really means. Good reading; timely even now.
