This bulletin is termed the <> for specifications, is the first known measure of these important documents and in use during the past nine years has given ample proof of its value.... On page 11 there will be found <> in which there appears some of the philosophy of specification writing. The user of the Specification Record will find the search for informative data simplified to the extent that all information on a particular subject, with very few exceptions, appears within one general subdivision.'
