Water stain on top corner, rubbing to spine and corners. Water stain goes through to front pages, but text is not affected. Some light browning/foxing to interior pages, otherwise interior is tight and clean. Document in Good+ condition.. Soft Covers. Good +. Size: Approx. 5 3/4" x 8 3/4". U. S.Government Document.
