Sobre este artículo
Pasadena, CA: The Clinker Press. Hardcover, cloth-bound with paper cover title. New/No jacket issued.. The Speech of John Ball by William Morris is a hardcover, hand-printed volume created by The Clinker Press. Based on the peasant revolution of 1381. William Morris printed his version of the story of the unfortunate events that are associated with this attempt to revolt against the unusual taxation ordered by the King. The Clinker Press' Andre Chaves has "extracted the speech as imagined by William Morris with the intention of isolating the message from the events of 1381. It is possible, arguably, that some might be able to reflect on our current civilization and conclude that the similarities between minimum-wage workers and serves on one hand, and large corporations and the King on the other, are far greater than initially assumed. The dream of John Ball is just as appropriate to our time as to the Middle Ages.

Sobre Librariana Fine Books
We believe that a library is much more than a room or a space. A library is a place to work, rest, love, think and dream. It is the heart of the home.
Our mission is to help individuals, families and organizations furnish their bookspaces in a way that reflects their personality and values.
Beginning with fine books, and extending to other "librariana" - art, antiques and collectibles that make a space a library. We also repair books, and consult with home owners, organizations and bookstore owners looking to make their bookspaces into purposeful sanctuaries.
Whether your bookspace is a corner shelf in a bedroom, or a grand corporate space for meetings and work, Librariana can help "improve your library".
