Doubleday. G/NONE. 1946. 1940 reprint edition. Hardcover. Rated only G due to TOBACCO SCENT. Otherwise book is still on quite nice condition blue covers are faded with a bit more around the edges. Upper outside front corner has a very small diagonal crease. Slightly faded gold outline of St. Francis and birds on front cover. Spine has a black banner that is mostly gone. However the gold title is still readable. Text still nice however a few pages have a small brown stain at bottom page edge.
