(25767). Octavo, pp. [1-12] 1-99 [100], title page printed in black and red, original pictorial tan boards, front and spine panels stamped in gold. Signed by Smith on half title page with two corrections in his hand in the text. 2000 copies printed of which approximately 1000 sets of unbound sheets were destroyed by fire. The author's first book.
