London: Longmans & Co. Very Good. 1895. First Edition. Hardcover. An epistolary novel in the form of twelve long letters written by J. Stark Munro between March 1881 - Nov 1884 to his friend Herbert Swanborough. Dark green publishers beveled boards, with lettering in gold, black endpapers, tissue guard for frontispiece. 24 page adverts in back dated July 1895. Rebacked with original spine laid down, slight lean, ex-libris for Ivor Samuels in front. Small closed tears at top (about 1-2cm each) from page 17-30, repaired with archival tape. Minor spotting early and later in the book otherwise fine. Provenance - From the Gary Munson Collection ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .

Our shipments are routed via the UK. We always offer consolidated options for multiple orders and some items do have free shipping or special conditions, which will be noted in our description. If you are charged the wrong shipping rate in these cases, we will process a refund. All international and local purchases are packed for shipping/courier to a very high standard. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.Tax
