This 1982 book describes the economic hardships that faced African-Americans back then and goes into detail about the causes of them. The book's dust jacket is in Very Good+ shape with only some soiling on the covers, a previously repaired small tear on the bottom back edge, and some edge wear along the top edge's center area, keeping it from being Near Fine. The interior book, however, is in Fine condition with no visible extraneous markings or detriments/distractions throughout the book, and thus all of its printing is in a very well-preserved and readable condition and the book's sewn-in bindings remain tight and therefore in a sound condition.
