Crown 8vo (19cm). 128pp. Original pictorial stapled wrappers; wear at tips; worn, creased, chipped and frayed; spine and front wrapper tape-repaired; staples rusted; text a little tanned, with some creases and a chip; an indifferent copy of a scarce book. No copy located in any major library worldwide.
