First edition hardcover, published by Tor, 2005. The jacket is intact and is not price clipped. Cover illustration by John Harris. Four friends, poker buddies, find clues to what could unlock a gateway between planets. Slate gray boards with the author name and title imprinted on the spine in gold. The text is clean, the binding is tight and square. Boards are flat and the corners are not bumped or creased. No writing on the text, no former ownership marks. This is not a library discard, not a remainder copy. Age fading to the edges of the text block,but that should be expected considering the type of paper used in this edition. Recently, the USPS has added tracking to Media Mail , which has been a great addition to this service.If you do choose to have your order shipped "Expedited", my shipping cost may seem higher than expected. Some of our books are large format hardcovers that can cost quite a bit when shipped expedited. So I would like to make sure that I can cover the cost upfront. However, if the actual cost of expedited shipping is less than the charge, I will refund the difference!
