At the top of the first page is the following statement: This edition of The Fug's Songbook is reprinted Oct., 1965 by Sexual Freedom League of San Francisco, Box 14007, SF, California". 28 leaves printed on rectos only. Front and rear cover paper is peach. A very handsome example of this scarce FUG's item. This book would go on to be reprinted several times out of Detroit in 1966 and beyond.

Archive of material from the 1994 music festival, including three original collage-style maquettes for advertisements, a xerographically duplicated flyer, three xerographically duplicated illustrations (including a stylized logo for Fugs Records and a decorated photograph of The Peace Eye Bookstore with an annotation beneath reading "Birthplace of the Fugs"), a small newspaper advertisement, a seating chart, two press releases on Woodstock Guild letterhead regarding the shows, one xerographically duplicated photograph of band members Ed Sanders and Tuli Kupferberg, and one xerographically duplicated page of photographs used in "Fugs Flip," a small flipbook featuring a dancing Kupferberg. 1967. Archive of eight vintage borderless photographs, three typescript essays, and a carbon typescript of the first essay and first page of the second, by photographer Jerry Bauer, circa 1967, with the photographs corresponding to the topics of the essays. Bauer was an American photographer best known for his photographic portraits of writers, with his portraits of Samuel Beckett being held in particularly high regard. Much of his work resides in the collection of the National Portrait Gallery in London. The first essay, "The American Underground: Mind Expansion, A Messiah, 'Love'," is an examination of Timothy Leary and the "League for Spiritual Discovery" (LSD), a communal organization carrying out studies in the religious use of psychedelic drugs, as well as the effects of LSD.
