Hardcover. ; Green cloth cover with gilt embossed title has light wear to corners and spine caps, bumped bottom corner, and very faint modest soiling but bright and in very good+ condition. Boards and spine are straight. Binding is tight. Antiquated gift inscription on front paste down. Pages have thumbing mostly in the bottom margin but in very good condition. Complete with 16 tipped-in color plates including frontispiece all of which are clean and in excellent condition. Dust jacket is heavily toned and soiled with tears and a small chip to spine panel. DJ protected by a brand new, clear, acid-free mylar cover. We add mylar covers to all books with DJs to preserve the DJs and add luster to magnify their beauty.
