History of the eastern Ontario county of Dundas including the communities of Morrisburg, Iroquois and Winchester Village. Preface by author with faux signature, dated Dec. 14, 1904 at Rowena, Ont. 420 pp. plus: Appendix A - Biographical Notices of Early Settlers, Appendix B - The First Families. Red buckram boards carry blindstamped title on front. Original spine is missing, now repaired with brown book-repair tape. No missing or loose pages, hinges loose both front and back. Book has half leather spine and leather corners. Extermities are scuffed and worn. Book weighs over 2.2 lbs. and may require extra shipping. Some of the Chapter headings include: The Days of the Indians, Domestic Life, Agricultural Evolution, Bivouac and Campfire, Boundaries and Neighbouing Counties etc. List of errata verso Title Page, Preface by Author, profusely illustrated with b/w photographs.
