Sobre este artículo

New York: Alfred A Knopf, 1936. Pretty nice copy in first printing. Author's 4th novel. Inscribed briefly by author on title page. At this time (Nov 2021) There are only two signed books by author online and I have both of them. Tan boards with two color stamping to top board and spine. Top boards shows animals running through a field with small building in background. Illustrated endpapers. Price intact jacket has small chip at base of spine and moderate wear but no design element affected. Extremely scarce in first printing. Freddy is one of the great characters in all of childrens literature. He not only speaks, he can also read and write. Author's first book published in 1927 continued thrrough 25 novels ending in 1958. In mylar. . Signed by Author. First American Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Illus. by Kurt Wiese. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.

Sobre Timothy Norlen Bookseller

I am a internet based bookstore that specializes in Modern First Editions, film sources, Mystery and Detective fiction and Western Americana. I have approximately 10,000 books, primarily first editions with about 1300 of them signed by the author. I try and stock only books that are sound, clean and attractive.
