Pages = Good + : ffep illustration and pp 107/108 separated from binding and laid in, first ffep has owner's name in pencil, light tanning to all, else tight, clear, sharp, full color to illustrations Cover (black cloth boards with full page color Kirk illustration and particulars in black front, particulars in gold gilt spine) = fair: front and spine have separated from binding, though still attached to back; 20% of front illustration rubbed off; spine particulars rubbed and faint; entire slightly off from vertical; else entire cover present, corners, while rubbed, are not unraveled, remaining 80% of front illustration and spine are clear and colorful
