Sobre este artículo

Topeka: Jones & Birch. First Edition . Cloth - Hard Cover. Good/No Dust Jacket. 97 pages with numerous photos and illustrations. Association inscription from the author's ex-wife reads in full: "About my first husband: / As I Knew Charles, He / always wrote what he / believed right or wrong. / He was sincere / Mary Huntoon McEntarfer (aka Mary Huntoon; McEntarfer was her third married name)." This is a very scarce regimental history, with no copies currently on the market (6/19/21); no copies listed in auction records; and only four copies found in WorldCat. Brown cloth covers are a little rubbed and lightly soiled. Hinges (internal) are both cracked, though holding tight. The blank front free end leaf shows the ex-wife's inscription, as well as penciled notations from a previous bookseller. There are also two inked letters followed by five digits seen on this page. Contents are a little aged and slightly brittle. There are several closed tears restricted to the margins, as well as a few very small chips on edges.
