There is a note laid in which states in part, '175 copies of Student and Chief...reserved for presentation to members of the Roxburghe and Zamorano Clubs on the occasion of the joint meeting to be held in SF on Sept. 13 and 14, 1980 by Earl F. Nation.' This copy inscribed by both editors to fellow Zamorano and American Osler Society member, Dr. John Carson. An entry in the 'Notes' has been partially highlighted.

REFUNDS Full refunds (including shipping costs) will be extended for books that arrive damaged or that were incorrectly listed online. Customers who change their minds about a book may return it--in the condition it left our store--for a refund of the book price, but we will not be responsible for shipping costs in these cases. Refunds will be made by crediting the credit card used to place the order, or by check if the original order was paid with check, money order, or cash.
