Distinct small to the pamphlet. Pages are browned and a little stiff but not brittle. 36 pages. A propaganda work examining the diplomacy from the end of the Napoleonic Wars to the beginning of World War I, placing blame on Germany (and Austria-Hungary to a lesser extent) for the start of this conflict.
