Extremely heavily browned and brittle. Hinges just starting. Black ink ownerships and stamps to endpapers. Wear and bumping to spine and corners. Spine heavily sunned. Very good. A Study In Scarlet (1887) was the first Sherlock Holmes novel, featuring the debut case for the great amateur detective Sherlock Holmes and his new-found colleague, the narrator Dr. John Watson. Also featuring a short story from 'The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes' (1892).
