The author served as such a reporter for the New York Sun. A FIRST EDITION, first printing, from 1938, in 366 pages with a Frontispiece + 20 duotone photos throughout text. Hardcover 8vo has red cloth-covered boards lettered in black to spine. Though completely clean & unmarked inside, condition is downgraded to VG due to some faded black stains to rear board. Else, pages white & unmarked, binding strong & straight, just a tad of rubbing to extremities & slight corner bumping. NO DJ.
