1938 Cream booklet with black printing and a black/red illustration on the front. The cover is tanned, has a 1/2 inch tear at the spine bottom, and water damage at the back which continues through the last three pages, else fair. The flyleaf has been inscribed by the author with his address and the date it was signed. 48 pages which are clean, crisp, uncreased, and unmarked with the exception of four tiny ink checkmarks and a closed tear on the flyleaf. The binding is good and tight. A fair edition from a non-smoking household. We ship daily. Pictures available upon request.. Signed by Author. Booklet. Fair/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
