Sobre este artículo

New York: Harper & Row, Publishers, [1977]., 1977. First edition. First U. S. edition. With a typed letter signed by the author as "Jim" from James McClure to a European literary critic dated May 28, 1978, affixed to the front free fly leaf in which Mr. McClure extends a cordial greeting and a request for feedback about this novel. He also says that the American edition contains "one or two refinements not found in the British original." The book is additionally inscribed to the aforementioned literary critic and his wife on the dedication page and is inscribed, "--- but more especially in this instance, for --------------, with my very best wishes! James McClure, Oxford, May 78." With the recipient's neat bookplate on the front paste down sheet, else fine in dust jacket, lightly sunned on the spine, and with light restoration to the spine ends. A murder mystery set in South Africa featuring Lt. Tromp Kramer and his Zulu assistant, Sergeant Mickey Zondi.

Reseñas

El Mar 30 2011, Readerman dijo:
I have read all but two of the Kramer and Zondi novels and really enjoyed them.I grew up and lived in South Africa during this unfortuate part of of the counties history and knew and worked with the type of characters described.Take the characters as you find them (as I did in real life),remember the era they portray and you will enjoy these ingenious stories.Life was like that
