Bound in original full dark blue cloth, titled in gilt on spine, in printed dust jacket. This copy belonged to Dr. Ludwig Kempe, German-American neurosurgeon, ornithologist, and illustrator, retired colonel in the U.S. Army, asst. chief of neurosurgery at Walter Reed, etc. etc.
