Quarto, viii pages plus 52 tipped-in plates (the frontispiece in colour) on , all with captioned tissue guards. Gilt-lettered cloth a little bumped, marked and rubbed; spine a little sunned; some tanning internally (presumably as usual); ink ownership details on front free endpaper; a few other minor signs of use; a very good copy. A collection of 52 caricatures and cartoons by Max Beerbohm, depicting notable literary and political figures of the period.
