New York: Doubleday, Page, 1921. Book. Illus. by Max Beerbohm. Very Good. Hardcover. First American Edition. Quarto, brown cloth spine over patterned brown paper covered boards. Unpaginated. Color frontispiece and 51 mounted drawings with titled tissue guards, all caricatures by Max Beerbohm. A sound, clean volume with all images and tissue guards in place and in fine condition. Spine titles dulled, small tears at top spine corners, rear hinge tender and showing a three inch split starting from top. Neat prior owner name and date. Touches of very minor foxing to preliminaries. With this short catalogue of minor flaws, this is still a very good volume with images all fine amd and the whole in very presentable attractive condition..
