Signed Lined and Dated (January 15, 2001) in the Year of Publication by the Author and signed by cover illustrator/designer Ken Leeder who has added a small 3-coloured illustration to the half-title. The addition of Ken's signature and his colourful illustration makes this a pretty unique copy.
