The dust jacket is lightly rubbed with its extremities a bit darkened. There is minor spotting to the jacket's spine. xviii & 919 pages. Illustrated with numerous music staves. There is some light staining to the top edge with a small, light stain to the bottom edge. Very good. <p>First edition.
