A complete monograph, in enlarged and corrected second edition, of the western Continental European tiger beetles, by the French entomologist Eugène Barthe (1862-1945), in collaboration with R. Tarel. Published in the series, Miscellanea Entomologica (founded and edited by Barthe), volume 16 and irregularly numbered subsequent sections up to volume 26(12) [1908-1924], preceded by a new section published in volume 33(9-12) [1930-1931]. Nicely bound. Very good, clean. Rare.
