Fort Hill International is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. We Ship all orders within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday as long as the post office is open. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. If the item is defective or not as described you must notify us within 7 calendar days in order to receive a full refund including original shipping. We will determine if the item meets the original listed condition guidelines. If it does a 20% restocking charge will apply and original and return shipping will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refund amount. If the item is being returned because you changed your mind, is no longer wanted, or ordered by mistake, there will be a 20% restocking charge applied. Original shipping is not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping for any returns.
