Book has staining to Front and Back Boards, and FON at top near outer edge of Front end page and sun staining to all pages, as well as, inside of Front at top near outer edge of Back Board and near gutter at bottom of inside of Back Board. A Mylar cover has been placed around Book to protect the Book from any further damage. I rate this Book in Good+ condition. 9 1/2" x 6 1/4" x 1/2", 15 oz.
