Some occasional browning and spotting to the blank margins of a few plates. Expertly re cased retaining the original tan leather boards with new leather spine. Gilt sporting motifs to spine compartments with contrasting title labels. Some old marking to boards and rubbing to corners and edges. The binding tight with no splits.The humorous poem was written by the journalist and novelist, Thomas Gaspey.
