INSCRIBED BY DONALD GRANT, the recipient being KIRBY McCAULEY who died in 2014 and who was formerly a major literary agent representing authors such as Stephen King, Roger Zelazny and George R R Martin. Publisher's dark blue boards with gilt spine lettering. A VG copy in a rubbed and worn D/W that also has several tears ranging from 1 - 3 cm in length N.B: contains a 65 page bibliography of both UK and US 1st editions with binding descriptions/ issue points and b/w photos of the dust wrappers as well as listing all of Mundy's magazine appearances.
