Sobre este artículo
New York: Hurst & Company, 1908. Pirated Edition. Good in light blue cloth covered boards with black text on the spine and on the front board together with an oval printed, paper label of rabbits. A 16mo measuring 6 3/4" by 5 1/4" with wear and rubbing to the cloth on the spine and to the tips of the tips of the boards. There is also a long gift inscription dated "May 8th, 1915" on the first free end page. Unpaginated containing text and hand-colored line drawings throughout. This is an American, pirated version of Beatrix Potter's famous story. The complete absence of any attribution to her is a testament to the greed of the publisher and to a "Sheldon W. Anderson" whose name is shown below the copyright.
