Tales from the Cloud Walking Country de Marie Campbell - 1958

The price is clipped on the front flap. DJ shows scuffing and soiling and the underside of the jacket was neatly reinforced with a strip of masking tape. Over the decades the glue has darkened the front of the jacket and also left tanning marks on both pastedowns and opposite end pages. Green cloth boards underneath are clean though edges do show fading and corners are mildly bumped. The internal binding is good and text pages are tight. No signatures or bookplates present, no library markings, no remainder marks. The only evidence of handwriting is on the front end page, where you could just make out where a price was once penciled and then later erased.
