The text is illustrated with black-and-white drawings by Harry Clark. With original charcoal coloured leatherette style binding with gilding on front and rear panels, and gilding to the spine, which also has three raised bands. All edges of the text block gilded. The classic collection of short stories from this author. A little rubbing of the book corners and back strip corners. Some dust in is of the top book edges and a few marks to the gilding of the text block edges. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. XII, 308 pages, last four pages blank,.
